Holcombe
Who lives here: 1 x Sophisticated lady who travels often
Brief: Garden needs to be low maintenance, be able to handle salt laden windy conditions, the client did not want any lawn with different areas to enjoy the outside space & some sea views but create privacy from overlooking neighbours.
She wanted an olive tree included in her garden & flower colours to follow on from the interior colours of Blue, Purple, white & green.
The new garden needs to be modern with angular lines & structured.
Budget £36000.00
The Journey
What we installed
We met all the requirements of our client. Since the soil was honestly suitable for Pottery clay, we had to remove a couple of loads & incorporate compost & topsoil.
We installed a soak away to assist with drainage.
The patio was installed with a light grey porcelain tile to modernize the garden. We included steppingstones, small hedging & lollipop topiary to create structure & planted coastal evergreen shrubs to maintain interest during the drab winter months.
